OUR
STORY
For more than 25 years, we’ve been setting the standard for underground services.
All ‘N One Services started in 2000, when Vaughan was working as a registered electrician. On construction sites, he saw how much time was wasted coordinating multiple contractors to install different services. Power, water, data and gas were often handled separately, leaving trenches open for days and increasing delays and health and safety risks. Vaughan saw an opportunity to do things differently.
Drawing on his electrical background, he set out to create a single, reliable point of contact for underground services. In the early days, he learned to trench and operate the machinery needed to get the job done properly. He turned up when he said he would, coordinated the work, and delivered each task on time and on budget.
As the business grew, Vaughan reinvested back into it. One of the early milestones was purchasing his own trucks and diggers, giving the team greater control over quality and safety on site. Over time, our work has earned the trust of major utility providers. Today, All ‘N One Services is regularly recommended by organisations such as Vector and Chorus to support their customers with underground connections.
The team is based in Takanini, with trucks out across the wider Auckland region, from Hamilton to Mangawhai. Vaughan is often on site, meeting clients, supporting the crew, and keeping projects moving.

SAFETY
ON SITE
Keeping our team, clients, and partners safe is an essential part of how we work, on every site and every day. Safety is built into our planning, our processes, and the way we operate.
Our team is Site Safe certified and attends regular training to stay up to date with best practice. As a registered electrician, Vaughan also maintains his own certification and completes refresher training every two years.
Each week, we hold toolbox meetings where the crew talks through what’s happened on site, shares customer feedback, and works through how to do things better. We believe in using the right tools for the job. If the right equipment is not available, we source it. We are problem solvers, but we don’t take shortcuts.
Support is always close at hand, from both the crew and Vaughan himself, ensuring every task is delivered with care and precision.
