SERVICES
All ’N One provides fully integrated underground services for residential, development and rural projects, delivering power, water, gas, data and phone connections alongside expert trenching and specialised installation methods. With in-house capability across planning, trenching, drilling and service coordination, we prepare sites to meet the requirements of utility providers such as Vector and Chorus while minimising disruption and delays.
From straightforward urban connections to complex rural sites, we tailor solutions to suit site conditions, future needs and regulatory standards, using the most appropriate method, whether trenching, micro trenching, directional drilling, Groundomat thrusting or hydrovac excavation. By managing multiple services under one roof, All ’N One offers a streamlined, efficient and reliable approach to underground infrastructure.
The team is based in Takanini, with trucks out across the wider Auckland region, from Hamilton to Mangawhai. Vaughan is often on site, meeting clients, supporting the crew, and keeping projects moving.

POWER
Whether you’re connecting a new home, upgrading an existing supply, or moving power underground, the power connection work needs to be planned properly and installed to current standards. Every site is different, so we take the time to understand what’s required before any work begins.
Vaughan, our Director, is a registered electrician and has supported residential power connection projects for over 25 years.
WATER
Water connections are a core part of new builds and developments. While most connections are straightforward, the way water is installed on site still needs careful planning, especially when it sits alongside other underground services.
At All ‘N One, we deliver residential water connections across Auckland. Most of our work involves new connections, but we also carry out replacements of older water mains and repair work where required.
GAS
In New Zealand, homes and businesses use two types of gas: natural gas and LPG (bottled gas). Natural gas, also called mains or piped gas, is supplied through underground mains.
Vector Gas manages Auckland’s gas network, with strict standards for new connections. All ’N One is a Vector-preferred provider, handling trenching and certified duct installation to ensure sites are ready for smooth, approved gas connections.
FIBRE
Data and phone connections keep homes connected, from internet and fibre to phone services. Chorus owns and maintains the fibre network across Auckland, and while only Chorus can install and commission fibre, the trenching and duct preparation must be done first to their specifications.
All ’N One is a Chorus-preferred provider, trusted to prepare sites with ducts that meet Chorus requirements, ensuring the final connection proceeds smoothly and without delay.
